Move to Connecticut and be closer to Lime Rock

What would be an example of a unit in your price range?
![]() 12/01/2016 at 21:16 |

yeah but you have a race car

Step 1. Move from NY to anywhere else.
Step 2. Literally do anything.
Step 3. Your already profiting!

You don’t like bitterly cold winters and brutally humid summers?

So that he can be reminded that he is still not successful but won’t find any bar open to forget about it?

True! All I need now is to make money driving it.

I didn’t think there was any examples of an apartment in a New Yorker’s price range.

This was my old apartment, when I was searching for a roommate. My room was a little bit bigger, enough to fit a queen bed comfortably. We didn’t have a dining/living room though. I’m kinda cheesed that I lost it, it’s actually a pretty good deal here.

Move to Cleveland. All the same amenities at only three quarters the size. Plus it’s super, super cheap here.

I’m from Pittsburgh though, so I’m pretty sure that’s illegal.

Clevelanders have pretty much just disowned the Browns after the Cavs won the championship and the Indians went to the World Series so we don’t really care, lol.

Well Oklahoma has the winters and brutal summers, just not humid.

But if you live in Oklahoma, you have enough money to travel.

Try apartment/house hunting in San Francisco. My friend and his wife make bank but they can’t find a decent place in the city.

You can get a studio apartment in the warehouse disrict downtown for under $1000/month which is ridiculously cheap. I’m planning on moving to Cleveland Heights after school though, because fuck everything about New York.

Summer is the worst time of year in NYC. Fall, Winter, and Spring all have very charming features. The only thing nice about NYC in the summer is walking into your bedroom when the AC has been on full blast.

I just went to a bar and I already feel better!

They might not let me back home though lol.
It’s a good thing you guys don’t have a hockey team.

New York is great if you have money!

Yikes! I’ve heard it’s bad there. I think if I were moving to California I’d just move to Monterey so I could zip over to Laguna Seca.
Plus Monterey is just so charming.

I forget the name of the woman who made a lot of money with some online thing, she then wanted to retire, and live on Central Park. Then she found out what it costs to live on Central Park, and gave up her dream.

No, its a reminder that you are not in the 0.1%

Mmm, truth.
I’m not successful either though.
Yet...?

It varies depending on how great the environment is. Good cities can be expensive but it’s dirt cheap out here in the desert.

God dont get me started on this subject. I am seriously considering moving out of NY it is very costly and for a young family like mines feels like we will never own anything here.

NYC. Bitterly cold. *snorts with derision*
Checks wikipedia. NYC average low for January, 26.9°F. My hometown average high for January, 21.6°F.

If I’m paying US$3000 per month for a studio, the average temperature shouldn’t be below freezing.

Thanks! I actually saw a place this morning that was way above my expectations, so I think I may take it!
